the 12 presumptions of law have to be rebutted or all presumptions stand as truth and fact if unrebutted. this document has my fathers name in lower case because he is not diminishing his status as a man. when matters go into courts the matter is in the private and not on record therefore is not a court of record unless challenged on record.
